1. About Snipr and These Terms
Snipr is a sales intelligence platform operated by SBG Trading Ltd, registered in England and Wales (20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, Company No: 07367739). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Snipr platform at sniprsales.com.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our” refers to SBG Trading Ltd.
- “You”, “your” refers to the individual or organisation accessing the Service.
- “Service” means the Snipr platform, including all features and content made available through it.
- “Subscription” means a paid plan granting access to the Service for a defined period.
- “Content” means any sales triggers, alerts, company data, or information generated or surfaced by the Service.
3. Your Account
To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sniprsales.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your credentials with any other person or organisation.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to Snipr requires a paid Subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are agreed at sign-up or in a separate order form. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and are stated and charged in the currency shown at checkout.
Where a free trial is offered, you will have access to the Service for the trial period stated at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will begin automatically and the payment method provided will be charged at the then-current rate. You may cancel during the trial at no charge via the Billing section of your account settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time via the Billing section of your account settings, or by emailing hello@sniprsales.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods except where required by applicable law.
5. How You May Use the Service
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes only. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk;

- Introduce any malware, virus, or malicious code into the Service;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and platform features, is owned by SBG Trading Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active Subscription solely for your internal business purposes.
Enterprise customers who purchase a one-time build of the Service do so under a separate written agreement, which governs the scope of rights granted (including ownership of the delivered software) and takes precedence over this Section 6 to the extent of any conflict.

You are responsible for verifying any Content before acting on it. We accept no liability for commercial decisions made in reliance on Content provided by the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBG Trading Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
9. Termination
You may cancel your Subscription at any time via the Billing section of your account settings, or by contacting hello@sniprsales.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
