5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only with trusted sub-processors who assist in delivering the Service:

• Supabase Inc — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel Inc — platform hosting.
• OpenAI, LLC — content processing. Publicly available news data may pass through OpenAI's API. Your personal account data is not shared with OpenAI.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Some sub-processors are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) — so your data is protected to UK GDPR standards.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months thereafter. When data is no longer needed it is securely deleted.

8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure in certain circumstances; restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
